Taxi/ Ride Share: Flat rate for Taxis from Airport to Site 61 Guesthouse is $36 for two people. Ride share (Uber/ Lyft) is readily available and prices will vary.
From the airport:: Take the Jefferson Parish airport bus (JET-E1-Downtown Route). The bus stops at Canal Street/Jefferson Davis, which is about 8 blocks from the guesthouse. The fare is $2.00.
Or reserve transportation via New Orleans Airport Shuttle
By Greyhound Bus or Megabus. Take the Loyola Streetcar and RTA Tulane #39 from Union Passenger Station
GETTING AROUND NEW ORLEANS:
JUST 1.6 MILES FROM SITE 61 GUESTHOUSE. LEAVE YOUR CAR AT THE GUESTHOUSE AND TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. AFTER THE EVENT, YOU ARE 4-6 BLOCKS FROM THE FRENCH QUARTER.
Public Transportation: Three bus lines and two streetcar lines run just a few blocks from the guesthouse.
